1. How to check my order status?
- Go to "User Center" and click on "My Orders" to view tracking numbers and shipping information.
- Log in to your HawkSpeed account to check your status.
- Contact customer service.

2. How to change products in my order?
You cannot modify items in your order. If you have already paid, please send an email to postmaster@hawkspeefpv.com to cancel the order for a refund. Then, you can place a new order.
3. How to cancel an order?
Log in to your HawkSpeed account and go to "My Orders." Click the "refund order" button.
After the product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order online. Please send an email to postmaster@hawkspeefpv.com to contact our customer service team.
4. When can I receive a refund or coupon after canceling an order?
You will receive a refund in the form of a coupon and/or credit within approximately 3 working days after contacting our customer service team via postmaster@hawkspeefpv.com and receiving confirmation.
